Sunday was a late start - we didn't play till after 4
We were just hoping we could come out with a winning score
Some saw the Ravens vs Panthers, some the Bengals vs Bucs
The Ravens and Bengals both lost - for their fans that sucks
For the Steelers fans it started our Sunday off good
Pittsburgh needed to win and we were hoping they would
The game started fast and it didn't stop
We reminded everyone why we went out on top
The Steelers kept scoring again, and again, and again
This ending the touchdown drought for Big Ben
Speaking of Ben - he was near perfect - right on the money
And Nate Washington's end zone dance was really kinda funny
Troy intercepted and he had to be pulled down by his hair
He just kept on running - he didn't care
There were a few bad things that happened Sunday
But all in all things seemed to bounce our way
Would it be a shut out we'd have to see
But there was no question who the winner would be
After the half - not a lot of points were scored
The Chiefs were finally able to put some points on the board
The game wasn't over but it went off our tv sets
As the broadcast switched over to the Dolphins vs Jets
Around the nation - a lot of us were mad
But the outcome of the game sure made us glad
Now we head down to Atlanta on this game winning high
We must keep it going - there can be no tie!
