We lost a game... stop crying!!!

Whats with all the crying!!!!??? we lost a game OHHHHH shiat whatever shall we do. Ben needs to smarten up and stop throwing picks, that game should have been won, just like the Giants game. Woodley, Miller, Parker, Macfadden were all out and we are a better team then what we showed today. 2005 Superbowl Champs as a 6 seed going into the playoffs, AND lost to the Colts in the reg season. Ben was defenatley not matching his $100 mil contract, but these mistakes can be corrected. sometimes you need a loss to whip the team into shape, and thats what we got. Now i've been drinking all gameday so i'm outta here and I'm happy to say I'll be witnessing the STEELER REDEMPTION at Heinz field next sunday against the Chargers lol until then STAND TALL and represent your ****in team boys!!!!!!!!!!

And also....the Giants & Eagles will take care of Baltimore in the next 2 weeks while The Steelers should be able to beat the Chargers defense and a Bengals win in Pittsburgh doesnt happen this season

I agree still a lot of games left and the Steelers are still in control of their own destiny in terms of winning the division and getting a bye week. The schedule as I mentioned favors the Steelers the next 2 weeks over the Ravens as the Steelers have the Chargers and Bengals at home back to back weeks while the Ravens have the Giants on the road and the Eagles at home the next 2 weeks. So it's clear as day right there with that schedule that if the Steelers get their heads out of their asses and start playing like they are capable of they will most definitely win these next 2 games at home and get that 1 and maybe even 2 game lead back in the division as the Ravens play 2 very tough games with the Giants and Philly the next 2 weeks.

And panic erupts in Pittsburgh and everywhere else in Steeler Nation. The Steelers haven't been knocked out of the playoffs. They are still in a good position granted not as good as they were prior to this game. Everyone back away from the ledge lol.

McFadden, Parker, Heath, all being out is not the point. The team struggled on offense with them in there and Ben has been struggling off and on all season. No we're not out of it yet but the fact remains with 3 losses all of them have been to a team equal or better to us record wise. All wins have been to teams with losing records either now or at the time we played them.

    Sick of the whining!!

I'm glad im not the only fan thats not whining, but it's a select few of us. I dont think Ben is worth the 8yrs we gave him, but hes one of the ELITE qbs in the league and has played hard for us. We dont give the protection to give him time in the pocket. The coaches dont take advantage of our TE's, keep Spaeth in and send Heath to pick up first downs or red zone TD's. Other than Hines our receivers have stones for hands, even if he gets the ball there only 1or2 of his passes are brought in. We finnally have the steel curtain back so that a huge up side to the season. Everyone knew coming into the season we had a hill to climb, im not disappointed with the season so far. With as many injuries we have had this season it could have been a par 500 season but ITS NOT QUIT WHINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think what hurt the most is when moore got stuffed at the goal line. had we scored then we could have won the game because on our final drive we could have easily kicked a field goal from where we were to win.

ya man, we could even rest ben for that bengal game lol I'm just a little nervous about the Titans game and the Ravens game IN baltimore where the steelers have a tough time. both those games will be full of hard hits especially the ravens game a couple weeks before the playoffs begin.

damn if only I was as perfect as you.

Its not that we lost yesterday, its the play of little ben....o-line or no o-line he has no excuse for his play right now.

He comes out last week and says things are going to be different, and then BOOM 3 picks.....so I'll **** and moan all I want about a man who is getting paid more money than any of us on this board will ever see in our lives.....think about that. He is getting paid all that money to be good at a ****ing game, and he is choking like an amateur porn star on Peter North.....

ya that gameday thread is riddled with haters!!! the defense is playing steelers football, i think we need to create more turnovers, but i cant say enough about the job they've done this year they have given us a chance to win every game. We need to focus in on Ben and the offensive struggles....I can't believe some of the throws he made yesterday, those interceptions dont happen and we win that game. we'll bounce back next sunday vs. the chargers
