Why would you want to go from Culpepper to Troy Smith? Yeah he is a great "College" QB but in the NFL midget QB do not succeed.
Right now Miami doesnt know what they wanna do..they spend all this money to bring in Culpepper who clearly isn't healthy yet, or if he is healthy he's not learned how play QB again since his surgery.
Harrington isn't a long term answer we all know that too. Sure he may give them some good game but he'll falter just like before.
