60 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Mix and press 2/3 of this into 9 x 13 inch (in bottom)
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
1 & 1/4 cup milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 Tub Whipped Topping
Using a mixer beat pudding and milk. Slowly beat in softened ice cream. Spread pudding mixture over cracker crumbs. Spread container whipped topping over pudding mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Make a day ahead and keep in refrigerator until serving. Can also be frozen. If frozen cut in serving size and thaw 1/2 hour at room temperature.
This recipe is my daughters favorite. I plan to make this when she comes home over the holidays.
