Russ Grimm is a beast at developing young lineman and he's now had over a year in the system. As I mentioned before i really like our depth on the OL for the most part. Tough young guys who chompin at the bit to get in there.

Hopefully he'll bring a bit of an attitude back to the Oline...they don't seem all that fired up so far this year.
I still wanna know what he was thinking, or not thinking, to leave it on too long to cause this injury![]()
Speaking of Russ Grimm, you know, he will someday make a hell of a fine NFL Head Coach for a team. I wouldn't mind him coaching the Steelers after Cowher retires, but, I think Whisenhunt is the leading candidate. Grimm is just too special to let go, he really knows the game of football and knows exactly how to find the strength in all the linemens we draft. He instills his prowess into them and look out. We have been so fortunate in the last decade to have awesome linemens come through on the assembly line in Pittsburgh. It is exciting and something that I really crave for when I look at the team from the opening season standpoint. LeBeau is going to be retiring soon cause he is up there in age, but he is perhaps one of the NFL's best defensive minds I've ever seen. It was a mistake to let him go to Cincy and try to coach that pathetic team. For him to come back and instill Blitzburgh again, I can't thank that man enough. I think the legacy of Blitzburgh will always be there for the future of the Steelers Defense. That is what we are known for.
