Defense has looked really good...I wasn't worried about them.......the OL is flat out terrible......the pass protection was terrible as usual....didn't think the run blocking was much better.....Ben started out well...But threw some ducks on the last few drives by the Steelers.....The ball seem to come out weird out of Ben's throwing hand....special teams havn't gave up any long returns....I thought it was a good half for a pre-season game....
What is Tomlin thinking, Mendenhall fumbles and is benched ? Also ...can someone tell me why Starks didn't get a shot at RT and or seeing how bad Marvel looks give Max some time there. JMO but I think Max is a natural LT and did a good job filling last year for Smith.

I would guess Starks hasn't impressed at all for him not to get any kind of chance to at least start one of these pre-season games at RT in place of Colon....But Colon hasn't impressed at all this pre-season to me....Colon is still flat out terrible in pass protection...Ray Edwards made Colon his bitch....and I'm tired of seeing DE's do that to Colon...The whole OL stinks so its just not Colon.....Originally Posted by jpele

Willie Reid is suprising me. He is not doing that bad. Catching the ball well and breaking some tackles.
leftwitch has no touch....he seems to throw it as hard as he can whether it be a 5 yard pass or a 50 yard pass...
