This is exactly what you want to see out of the veterans & leaders on this team. Listening to a guy like Harrison speak his mind and step up to the plate to criticize the poor performance just reminds me of how Greg Lloyd used to to it. If you aren't playing up to snuff then you need to get it fixed, plain and simple. He's a competitor and I love that about this dude; he wants to win every single time and if we suck he's not afraid to say something.

You know that leadership void that a lot of people have been lamenting about on the defense? I think somebody just filled it, and thankfully it's the most intimidating guy on the defense! Kick some ass, Silverback! There are plenty of asses that deserve to be kicked this time around!

I agree about the way the defense displayed themselves was somewhat"unsteeler like",But keep in mind Mr. Harrison that was not your starting defense on the field.I saw Troy on the sideline smiling and waiting to come up and help support against that run. It's good he is so explicit,so the others in the group grasp the same message,but why show all your cards at this point?

Well as far as Troy goes I am as big a fan of his as anybody on this site but at some point he has got to get in there before the first game Sept 7th and get some live game action. For him to not even have practiced yet going on 3 weeks of being into training camp and camp breaking on Monday here in a few days is a bit ridiculous. I know a lot of people will respond to this and say Troy is a bum and overrated and should be released, and while Im not ready to go that far with that I will say this I am starting to grow very impatient with Troy always being injured and not practicing and never being on the field. At some point Troy has to get out there and play I mean how hurt could he be??

not only hamp, but the whole damn defense that was piss poor tackling period, thank u harrison for that outburst, i hope they do get this corrected, i'm tired of seeing teams complete 3rd an 12 or longer on us we will not compete 4 an championship this year with defense like this.
