"Racing doesn't teach a lesson. Nor do most racers. Many of them can't even tell you why they're in the cockpit. They don't know. Racing isn't what they do. It's who they are."
R.I.P. Dan Wheldon
Unorthodox or not that stuff he's doing looks intense; and if doing it gets him back to being healthy and able to play at the level he was at before then by all means keep doing it man.
Killer work-out~~~Looking forward to seeing the old polamalu back![]()
I saw part of his workout (and an interview) on NFLN--sure looked intense to me! With as flexible as it's made him, he should "bend" most times, rather than break![]()

Polamalu felt better using isokinetic training in California.
Looks like he was working hard to get his muscles to fire and add
explosive power.
Isokinetic: Exercise performed with variable resistance to a movement,
so that no matter how much effort is exerted, the movement takes place at a
constant speed. Such exercise is used to test and improve muscular strength and endurance, especially after injury. Pertaining to the force of a human muscle
that is applied during constant velocity of motion.
I'm A "Champion"
I hope he's 100% at the start of the season
Cool stuff, too bad we'll have to wait until he gets better to see if it worked or not.
