FORMER STEELER STUVAINTS SHOT

KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh is reporting that former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Russell Stuvaints was shot early yesterday in a restaurant in North Versailles, Pennsylvania.
Stuvaints was reportedly one of five people shot in the incident. A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with five counts of aggravated assault, five counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of carrying an unlicensed firearm.
None of the victims received life-threatening wounds, police said. Stuvaints was reportedly shot in his right hip.
The 27-year-old Stuvaints played in 23 games for the Steelers from 2003 to 2005.
