Are the seahawks overrated?

I think they are the "stars" that would not be able to do anything without the other guys. That is one thing about Tom Brady and Peyton Manning and Ben and prolly more they give constant credit to the other players. Then there are ppl like TO who give cresit to themselves only.

I think it's too early to call them overrated. They will still be there at the end of the year unless thet just fall apart without SA.

Seattle overrated maybe? Bigger question. did Alexander put it on cruise control once he got that nice new fat contract?

Are the Seahawks overrated? I don't think so. Yea they got their *** kicked last night. But Shaun Alexander didn't play. Even though he probally wouldn't have done much against that Bears defense anyway. But I think its clear that the Bears right are one of the best teams in the NFL. I live close to Chicago so I do know alot about this team. Most of my friends are diehard Bears fans.

I like the Bears and the Eagles to play in the in the NFC Title game right now. The Eagles with McNabb playing back at an elite level will be very tough to beat. Plus they have the anti-TO in Donte Stallworth and he is playing very well to start the season.

The Colts don't have edge anymore and they are still winning games, the Hawks clearly HAVE to have Alexander in the lineup to be the same team they were before. It's not necessarily that he makes alot of yards when he plays, but the threat of him is enough to make the defenses stay honest.

My point was more of the Bears being one of the best teams in the NFL then the Seahawks being overrated. I still think the Hawks are very good football team and really are not overrated. Its clear how important Alexander is to the Seahawks. True the Colts don't have Edge. But even though Edge is one of the best RB in the NFL. He really wasn't the focal point of that offense. The Colts passing game is the key to the Colts.
