A nice little side dish and easy to make.
Get some fresh cut or frozen french style cut green beans. Put them in a pot over medium low heat. Add about 3-4 table spoons of butter and a half cup of basil. I usually make about half the bag of green beans.
Basically just mix it all together and cook them till the green beans are done; the butter will melt and basil will stick to the green beans. Be careful not to burn the beans though You have to stir them every minute or so or else they will burn.
That's pretty much it, a nice little way to spice up your average tasting green bean.
