Physically it sounds like he will be fine. Hopefully he'll be 100% mentally ready come August.

be careful. he's not "physically" fine at all. he's missing organs. the spleen is an immune system organ. it also detoxifies the used up red blood cells that are later eliminated through the liver. he can look forward to a long life of colds, fevers, the flu, and any number of auto-immune diseases. the gall bladder is a fat emulsifier. since he no longer has it, he has to almost completely eliminate fats from his diet... which is not good. fats are essential to achieve optimal health. they are important in cellular function as well. he's not "physically" fine AT ALL.

RIDICULOUSLY good looking...
when you have a situation like this many times it gives you a whole new appreciation for life and a whole new desire to live it to it's fullest. Nobody would blame him if he just retired and walked away but he's still got the desire to play and he's been working to get back into shape so we'll see how he does.
I hope he has a Pro Bowl season.
Anutha fine masterpiece by the picasso of sigs K-Train
The latest Steelers Digest has a good article on Clark and talks all about how it went down and his recovery to date. Very good article![]()
