    Stuffed smoked chicken

This is a weird deal I tried and really like

Take a whole chicken and stuff it with Jimmy Deans hot ground suasage wrap in foil place in the smoker and cook it at 250 degrees for five hours. Man that grease out of the sausage realy makes that chicken good

You can use a grill aas a smoker if you just build a small fire in one side then add wood chips.......you could do this after cooking in the oven for a while to get it done then use the grill to flavor it

I order it from Montgomery Inn (yum!) or bake chicken with barbeque like my Mom did in the oven. (even better).

Well you've never had it either way so you wouldn't know how good it is. And I'd make it there just fine....I'd just have you cook for me.
