Hines Ward...without a doubt.

I'm torn between 3 guys. Roethlisberger, Polamalu, and Ward. Roethlisberger is the QB we have been looking for for a long time. Polamalu is a beast and helps make that defense so good. Ward is that guy for us. He is the heart and soul of that offense now.

The one guy that I feel the team wouldn't be the same without is already gone, unfortunately. There will never be another Bus, and the team ISN'T the same without him.

As far as for current ones -- I can't choose between Polamalu, Ward, Porter, and Big Ben.
