AZ, I have heard that. How true it is? I do not know. Be interested to find out. I know here in Philly. They tried a couple years ago to put tight restrictions on pitbulls and rots. I do not remember if it passed or not.

I saw on the animal planet, some "Cops" type show but for people who have this problem with abusing their animals (sad show if you ever watch it), but they were in Detroit I think it was... any how it is illegal to have a pit or rot their and if you are found to have these animals they are taken away and put to sleep! This one episode, this guy was breeding them and had a whole mess of them in his backyard, including puppies and they were all taken away and put under. There was this one puppy though, that even the vetinarians fell in love with and was crying because they knew what was going to happen to him, but he was playing with their shoe laces, peak-a-boo, rolling over to get his belly rub... it was really sad! Plus this guy who was breeding them was using them as like "UFC" dogs... a sad, sad situation!
Animal Cops, Detroit. I watched that all the time. It is a very sad situation, I seen that episiode, I am so sick of people doing that to dogs.
