I`m not sure why, maybe it`s just me, but yesterdays game seem to me like Bill Cowher was coaching. A little conservative in crucial situations. And we just laid on the ball after the late interception. Why did we not go for the kill?
is it just me?

No it's not just you Cleve.
The conservative play calling especially after the interception was mind boggling...run-run-pass-punt.
Arians went into lock-down mode and was obviously playing with a "not to lose" mentality.
I truly hope Arians is gone after this season.![]()
All year long we attack attack attack in every situation whether its running or passing. Even when we were up by double digits we still went on the offensive. Then we get 2 chances back to back by stopping them on 4th down and we do absolutely NOTHING with it. I just don't get how you can justify that play calling. Granted our offense wasn't anything spectacular yesterday but still you dance with who brought you and yesterday we choose to pick a different partner at the wrong time.
WELL CLEVE STINKS UR RIGHT I WAS SAYING THE SAME THING AFTER THE GAME,MAN I THOUGHT BILL COWARD WAS ON THE SIDELINE

What a differance Cowher acted like a drooling spiting idiot on the side lines.
And Tomlin acts like he doesn't care what happening.
Like all of you, I have seen way too many Cowher coached conserative crap.....with no adjustments playcalling...... and I really don't miss one bit of it. If I had not known better I would have thought Cowher was head coach of the Steelers for the Az, Denver & Jets game.

No. If Cowher had been coaching, we would have at least been motivated and ready for this game, instead of overlooking the Jets just because they were 1-8.
