The Bears have played against 2 teams that have a combined record of 0-4, where the Jags have faced teams that are 2-2 (combined). Right now after week 2, Jags have played the better teams and are deserving of their #1 ranking where the Bears have really been practicing these past 2 weeks... I'll give you credit though because at least you didn't say your Patsies should be higher!

Seahawks at Chicago in 2 weeks should help sort out where those two teams should be.

Thats funny.

But, if the steelers are that bad then that only highlights my point that the bears may be better than the Jags. ALl three teams have great defenses but when it coems to offence , right now bears are better atleast by the sheer number of points they have scored.

It's also about who you have played. The Bears have played very well but against some weak teams. Now if they start beating playoff calibur teams like that then they deserve it.
