The no huddle, misdirection plays, reverses... they could have done anything to make the Jags play honest n D. Jacksonville, knew where the play was going before the Steelers did and they didn't do anyting to keep them honest and hold their lanes! When a team is being over agressive like that you gotta throw something at them to catch them off gaurd. Was Cowher calling the plays tonight because I really feel like this game was called to not to lose the game!

We havent seen playcalling this conservative since I don't even know when. Mularkey, Whiz, they've all been balls out keep the defense on it's toes, use everything we have to catch them off guard and keep them guessing.

Tonight the only ones we caught off guard were ourselves !

The play calling sucked! Kind of reminded me of that Indy game last year on Monday night. Cowher acts like he plays not to lose and I hate that! Thought he would of learned from last years playoff run that you play to win!

On the bright side our special teams played better.....lol

You bring up an intersting point SF... that Indy game last year on Monday night was Bens first game back from an injury... this game against Jacksonville was Bens first game back from surgery... There is a pattern! Ben misses a game, offense looks sluggish and Ben is kept in check by Cowher! Maybe Cowher needs to losen that collar he has around Bens kneck and let the boy play like he hasn't missed a beat... Holding him back like that shows the Steelers need Ben to come out and do what he does best... WIN GAMES!!!

One thing for sure, I'm glad Ben played this game because I would hate for him to come back and have his first game to be against the Bengals!
