That's a tough one..and are we talking about who made the best sig/avy or the one sporting the best sig/avy or both?

I think the best artist is addressed by the "Best Sig Maker" award. I think it should be the best use of sigs/avys over the entire year... regardless of where they came from.

My comment came from the use of the subjective term, "Best," to describe awards.

Best Avy > Most Popular/Most Creative/Most Unique Avy

Something more along those lines, or how BB2W descibed it would work.

If that were the case then in that poll each user nominated would have to post the sig/avys that he/she used over the course of the year.
