There are so many variations on meatloaf, TG. Someone I know grew up with it being the dreaded meal. His Mom apparently was a really bad cook. Meatloaf meant sticking a lump of burger in the oven with salt on it and cooking it until it was shoe leather! lol! He couldn't believe it when he tasted mine. I use a sauce with ketsup, spicy mustard and brown sugar on the top. It became a most requested. :bigthumb:
