Youth versus experience?
I'd like to hear from someone who has the time to pay more attention than I do? My freaking clients are *******s these days and I don't have time for the important stuff in life:lol:
We hear about the aging D and the team in general being old. But I see some good things happening which could eliminate a rebuilding mindset.
Young receivers, young running backs, young O linemen.
Lewis and Allen look good in the secondary.
Woodley, Ziggyy and Timmons are looking good.
Keisel seems to be rejuvinated and even Foote is looking good by leading the team in tackles.
Who else is waiting in the wings?
Ben and his young recievers are playing lights out. The young corners, backs, and o-line are playing great. Adams in particular is looking suprisingly solid. Heath is having his best year in a long time.
The FB Johnson is playing awesome, especially for a rookie at that position.
Lewis and Timmons have had three great games in a row.
I haven't noticed anythnig special from Ziggy, he's just kinda there, per usual. Harrison is MIA too, seems to be recovering still from the knee.
Keisel had a good few weeks, hopefully he can keep it up. Max has looked great on the line thus far, and Foote has played solid all year.
D Sep and the punter (ugh, can't think of his name!) are playing well too.
You must've thought the 97 or 90 out there was 96 because Hood hasn't done ****. He just isn't a good player.
He's big, he's fat, he takes up a lot of space.............he's a "young" Hampton:lol:

Most of the good things are on the offensive side of the ball. The D is playing better but we desperately need a Safety (either Troy is out or we play in Denver so we never have them both on the field) and someone who could put pressure on the QB. Two things severely lacking.
I haven't seen anything spectacular from Ziggy. Haven't seen that much from Kiesel or the nose either. The D is playing OK, and getting by (corners are playing well, that's for sure. Well, when the refs don't flag them for not touching the receiver.)
