When you lead with your head and go high, you take the risk. He barely...BARELY lowered his head. He was in the air reaching up so if you hit him in the head, that's on you. At the same time, I don't think it was intentional. No doubt he's out 1 game for sure, maybe two.

But geez.... arggghhh... fumble....

The Steelers had better score a TD on this drive and not screw this up because if the Raiders get in FG range for Janikowski with the game still tied he is absolute money and he will nail it...
