What do you realistically expect to get out of Troy Polamalu this year?

I think Troy is gonna have 46.5 tackles, 2 Sacks and 3 INTs. With the help of a young D-Line and LB core, then sprinkle some talented young CBs, he'll have a very solid season. Hopefully

I think Troy and Reed will both have good years. They are still young enough to produce and have the talent and smarts to minimize any mistakes.

I honestly don't see Troy having a full season this year...

Reed??? Young enough??? Please. Reed has a fused vertebrae in his neck. He's keeping his body together by bubble gum and rubber bands.

He was healthy all year last seasonso let's hope for the best..
