Peelle is 6'4" 255 lbs. He's been in the league since 2002, playing with San Diego, Miami, Atlanta and San Francisco. In his career he's caught 123 passes for 1,003 yds and 12 TD's.

This is the same as IR just in preseason. He still gets paid but I think it gets some cap room for us. The only down side is others teams can pick him up and keep him on their 90 man roster and then ir him. But he is a fa after this year so they would still have to offer him a contract next year.

I dont know all the rules regarding this but if that is the case, why doesnt Wallace sign if he would still get paid?

Cause Wallace doesn't care abt 2.7 this year, he cares about 50 million over the next 5.
