Comp picks have nothing to do with original picks. It has to do with playing time, contract amount, performance, and age.

Yes, its a secret formula, but the highest pick would be a player under 30 (over 30 cant get higher than a 5) siging a huge contract who played every snap for you going to a team where he plays every snap and makes the pro bowl.
