When was the last time WVU was ranked #1 in anything beside the hilljack championships?

Do you have a pulse? Can you spell your name? Did you take the SAT/ACT? That's the WVU application. It's pretty bad when the SEC wants no part of your academics. If you've got enough money anyone can buy their masters from WVU!
