The sea scallops and the shrimp boil aren't THAT bad! You're the health guy...you give us some recipes that are healthy that taste good too. Besides, I eat so much chicken, veggies and salad on a regular basis, you've GOT to break out sometime! :nahnah:

i love bad food though, problem is once you get a bite, its becomes an addiction. I can go a month without chocolate, but once I taste it, then it on, I could eat a pound.
The white rice early i would exchange for brown rice, or a sweet potato. My problem is I try and eat CLEAN six days a week. So its 6-7 meals a day usually
5:00 am Protein shake and six egg whites
8:00 am six egg whites and a can of tuna
11:00 am chicken breast and brown rice
2:00 pm Protein Shake, Nitric Oxide, and Testosterone booster
5:00pm Steak or Tilapia, brocolli and fat free cottage cheese. or a yam creatine
8:00 pm protein shake and flax seed oil
everyday, I have a cheat day though, and nothing is bad on a cheat day.
So you dont want my recipes, boring, day after day. During Steelers season cheat day is Sunday or gameday. Off season its usually Sat. Its my job to sell supplements at shows, stores etc. So if I`m out of shape, it seems like I dont know what I`m talking about
mcdonalds is healthy
I try to eat that way, but my will power doesnt always allow it. McDonalds works for me once in awhile. or Wendy`s Damn!
