Vidalia Onion stuffing
4 vidalia onions
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of butter melted
1 8 oz box of stuffing moistened with water
saute onions carrots and butter until tender. add soup, sour cream and cheese. mix well.
In a casserole dish place half of stufing crumbs layer with above mixture and top with remaining stuiffing crumbs. Bake 350, until golden brown.
I`m against Fat Foods usually, but I`m tempted to give this a try!
This is a really , really good recipe... It is a huge fav. It is even better then it souds. When my sister first made it , it did not even sound good to me!! But, it is delish, trust me.. Also, if oyu are interested I have a really good Brussel sprouts casserole recipe, another one I never , ever would have thought of trying.. but is YUMMY..
