white chocolate chip chocolate cookies

Melt: 1 cup of butter
4 cups of chocolate chips

Beat together: 6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
4 tsp of vanilla

mix the chocolate mixture and egg mixture together

Add; 1 tsp Baking soda
pinch of salt
3 cups of Flour

Stir in 2 cups of white chocolate chunks
Refrigerate over night or several hours.
Form into balls palce 2 inches apart on an ungreased pan.

Bake 350, 8-10 mins, just underdone.. if you cook until done they will be hard..

This makes alot of cookies, these freeze well!!
