Michigan State makes chocolate cheese along with all the rest of the dairy products. They sell it in their ice cream parlor. It is absolutely scrumptous!~Quote:

It was a Hit at work... The lab Geeks loved it, as well as radiology.. I was kind and took some to them too.. everyone liked it and could not guess the secret ingredient.. lmao

Yeh, I told them, some guessed cream cheese, but most thought carmel. They all were surprised to say the least. Yet, they kept eating, and eating. It was gone before lunch!!!
