is velveeta even real cheese?
Nope a bunch of Processed garb.. It does not even require refrigeration.. From what I noticed it just added more OIL/fat and some sticky texture to the recipe...Quote:

Ok-- here goes. I tried the fudge, as well as DJ.. We both seem to think you can tell there is Velveeta in there. But, I am thinking it is just because we know it is there.
So, I am going to take it to work and so is he. So, we will see what people say, whom are unaware of the ingredients.
It was a simple recipe to prepare and pretty much fool proof. If you can jsut get past the CHEESE...

It was pretty good though. I will pass some out at work tomorrow but I won't tell anyone what is in it and see what they think.
Can you use Chocolate cheese as opposed to the Velvetta and the coca?
Never heard of chocolate cheese...
