I don't have tapatalk. What does it do that I can't do with any browser? And can you remove the signature? It's like all the emails that say sent from**** phone. I really don't like that.

It's basically a special app forums that gives you a different way to interface with the site. You can still use your browser on your phone if you like, and I do quite often. It's all personal preference but if you do decide to try Tapatalk you'll probably enjoy it :)
