TWIX CHEESECAKE PIE

TWIX CHEESECAKE PIE

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese (at room temperature)

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

16 chopped Twix fun sized bars (2 cups)

8-inch chocolate cookie pie crust

6 chopped Twix bars

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese with sugar and eggs. Mix in 16 chopped Twix bars. Pour into 8-inch chocolate cookie pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees until set, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with six chopped Twix bars. Chill until firm.

My wife made some cheesecakes last holiday season. She did one with butterscotch and chocolate chips... it was sooo good. Gotta do chocolate and butterscotch so the butterscotch doesnt get overpowering. Gonna have to try this twix one tho!

post the recipe if you can...i have not made this one yet...but saw this and want to try it...love the easy recipes
