Saints vs. Steelers (Wk. 10)
Here we are at week 10 and the Steelers have 3 times as many losses as they do wins... who would have ever thunk up such a scenario? Mathematically the Steelers still have an outside shot at making the playoffs but if they are going to start their quest at history again then it's going to have to be this week!
The Saints have been running on emotion all year and have looked really good, how long can they keep this up though or are they in fact really this good? The Saints are 3rd in the league for passing which is the Steelers weak spot on defense so it should be interesting to see how the Steelers respond. On the flip side though the Steelers, when its used, have one of the best rushing teams in the league but for some reason they have went with the pass this year hoping to setup the run... :dunno: These 2 areas will probably be the key to the game and whoever can their "specialty" going first will more than likely come out on top. Other keys to the game:
- Hang on to the damn ball!
- Get the running game going because the Saints can't stop it
- Everyone needs to step up on both sides of the ball
Again the Steelers have no notable injuries this week, but based on the results from last week it doesn't really matter :dunno: The Saints will more than likely be without their All Pro wide receiver Joe Horn.
Join us this Sunday here in the gameday thread as we talk about the game and cheer our Steelers to a victory!!!! :tt02:
