Italian Pork Chops
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of vegetables
4 boneless pork chops 1/2 inch thick (about a pound and a half)
place Bisquick mix, dressing and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Coat chops in Bisquick mix, dip in Italian dressing and coat in bread crumbs. heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. cook chops about 5 mins or until until golden brown on both sides. reduce heat to low and cook about 10 to 15 mins longer turning a few times until no pink!
just made these two nights ago they turned out awesome!!!
I will have to try that...that is how I make mine now but without the bisquick...a girl I work with told me about the italian dressing and i use that all the time now...and it is good...gives it more flavor
That does sound good. We use the Italian Dressing for chicken alot.
