Probably the easiest dip I've ever made but definitely a favorite. I'm asked to make it all the time.
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground hamburger or sausage
1 jar of salsa (of your choice)
1 lg block of velveeta cheese
Brown hamburger or sausage. Drain well
In a crock pot combine all ingredients (I cube or slice the velveeta) and set on high heat until cheese melts, then put on low. Serve with tortilla chips.
