I dont know how many of you juice but I highly suggest it. It is a great way to get your fruits and vegetables (and you can get the veggies past the kids easier too). I just made a new concoction today,

sounds good is that all you use? in a blender???
In a juicer, depending on the fruit you may need to remove the skin
