Woulda coulda shoulda..there's a million and 1 plays that could have been overturned before instant reply came into the picture. That was the NFL then , this is the NFL now.

Why in the world are we talking about a play from 30 years ago???
PEOPLE NEED TO GET OVER THE PAST AND MOVE ON!!! YOU CAN'T ALTER HISTORY FROM THE PAST.
Again, another boneheaded discuession from those Bloody Brits. I think the FULL MOON got the Brits on a bad timing. LOL.

Oh ya he does! I think Thursady nights game was the first time he did a Steelers game and they didn't bring it up. They use to all the time on Monday Night Football and you could tell it got to him.......lol

Who Cares What John Madden has to say. The guy got beat, accept the defeat, old man. You was outfoxed.
There already is an answer. Complete pass, touchdown.

Your right! I didn't hear Madden bring it up at all, the only thing that bothered me was somebody gave him that stupid yellow pen so he could doodle during the game.
You all have nailed this one... could of, should of, would of... Every shot that I have seen it's been to close to call so the play on the field stands ;)

I think most all football fans respect John Madden he has given his entire life to football. Well known as a coach at the age of 30, a broadcaster for many years and finally all the football videos he has created. Nowadays a guy can teach a woman the game of football by using his videos. He is a man to be highly respected, David.

Madden is a guy who you either love or hate. Personally I can't stand the guy myself. Don't ask me why, just never been a fan of his.

I can't stand Maden either, especially his video game!!! I'm looking forward to his retirement and the exclusive rights agreement to be lifted to bring back ESPN football and take over video football again!
He toots his horn to much and always gives way TMI!!!
double bubble!!! What was he talking about that night... buble gum ;) Actually, I'll give him some credit because I do like it when he talks about the differnet formations and what not, still don't like him though!

you don't have to like a person to respect them. Like I do not "like" Terrel Owens, but I do "respect" his athletic ability

I speak for the majority here, Lyn.
I like Madden Football games, but I do enjoy the ESPN better, much better graphics and better commentation.

Nothing. I can't stand the guy, but his Madden Football Games he has out are enjoyable to play, but annoying to hear his darn voice.
Sorry for the confusion, SF.

I always nice to Lyn, I just love to pull her leg from time to time. Lyn is a real sweetheart. I would give her a nice peck on the cheek if I ever meet her in person. She get a big bear hug from me too. She done a lot for me. She told me about this site and I am in debt with her for it.
