Josh Peter, of Yahoo! Sports, reports the Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with unrestricted free-agent QB Tim Couch on a two-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed. Couch, a former No. 1 pick overall, has not been in the league since 2004.

Tim Couch what a joke.....The Jags might as well and their chances with Daunte "Wounded Knee" Culpepper instead of Couch.....

I guess Couch came out of the Real Estate business?

He might done good if he only learned how to read a defence

Maybe all he needed was a little hiatus?

Tim Couch never had a chance in Cleveland and was Doomed to failure as soon as he signed his contract.
Who knows what he can do if he's not getting killed on every play and gets some good coaching to go along with it.

There are a lot similarities between Tim Couch and David Carr....on bad teams with bad coaching and getting hammered on just about every play. Maybe these two aren't too far gone and scarred to show what they can do??

I've really liked Couch.. I just think he got a bad break and ended up with a team that wasn't going anywhere and didn't have the tools to help him develop. Hopefully he can get a second chance and turn things around :bigthumb:

If he's fully recovered from all of his injuries, he should have no problems making the team as the 3rd string QB.
