Michael Vick Arrives in CourtRICHMOND, Va. -- Michael Vick has pleaded innocent to federal dogfighting charges.

The trial date was set for Nov. 26 at 9:30 a.m. Vick waived his right to a speedy trial.

A federal magistrate has ordered the conditional release of Vick and three co-defendants on dogfighting charges.

The magistrate also ruled that Vick and his three co-defendents must continue to be monitored by pre-trial devices and must continue to reside in their homes, with no travel outside the jurisdictions the live in. They must also surrender their passports.

When the hearing first started, charges were read and the four were first asked if they fully understood the charges. Their attorneys responded that they did. All four were represented.

The government said it did not oppose bail.

So if he can't travel outside of where he lives that means he can't play football, right?
