So will the Steelers wear white againt the Dolphins since the won 4 strait playoff games with it, or will they wear black because they always wear black at home?

I'd have to say they will stick with their regular Black home uniforms.

I think the home team can choose what they want. Teams have done that to the Steelers when they play in warm weather. They make them wear the black ones.

It doesn't work does it???? Houston tried that crap last year and even kept the roof open and look what happened, it backfired in their faces. You can't mess with the Black n Gold.

Yeah, I don't see the Steelers changing just because of their success last year with the white jerseys.

Now, I kind of would like to see an alternate 3rd jersey. Maybe a gold shirt with black stripes?

Ive always thought about that but as long as we are owned by the Rooneys it wont happen. Theyre old school...

oh ok........i remember a while back ago they tried to make the broncos wear the dark jerseys on the road but they brought the orange ones instead to beat the heat and they got fined....that's why i asked

If you want to wear an alternate you have to file it with the league.

The black jerseys are the best IMO! You can't go wrong with Black! Home team alwasy has the option though, just the Steelers did in teh SB because they were the home team.

In NFL 2k5 they had a steelers jeresey from 1941 it was all gold it was sick

What game did they actually wear the ones from the 39-40 era??? Those are some unique uniforms!!!

Sometimes, I do wish, the Steelers would of stuck to the Block Numbers, but I do like the current numbers also.

It's funny we were talking about the jersey colors yesterday because last night on ESPN, they reported that Jacksonville is going to wear their white jerseys this weekend and force the Cowboys to wear their dark colors!
