Any concerns about Tomlin over working the team? Or more injuries with the tougher schedule? It seems that we will have 15 two a days, which is more than every team in the league.
Any thoughts on Tomlin getting a bad rep for his tough schedule, and maybe scarring potential free agents anyway.? Hate to see him get a Coughlin type rep!

I like Tomlin's tough camp schedule. He has a lot of decisions to make in a short period of time. This gives him more of a chance to get more familiar with the team and to get these guys ready for their new offense.

All the 2 a days that he has scheduled are necessarily a traditional 2 practice type of day. The afternoon or evening session might be a 30-60 minute special teams session, or perhaps just goal line drills, or something to where it's not a normal practice but rather drilling in specific areas so while it's still tough it's not necessarily a real long draining session all the time.

That being said though, these guys will toughen up one way or the other. What he needs to do is find a nice balance between camp Cowher and Camp Coughlin and not too far in either direction.

Well today during the run test he rewarded players that put in extra during the off-season by excusing from taking part in the run test....Then he even cut the run test short since he was pleased in what he saw....He seems to be the type if you put in the hard work then he will reward you......So this tough camp he is preaching might be tough at first but if the players are willing to put in the hard then he might lighten the load at the end of camp...

You have to think Cleve that Tomlin had no choice but to run a tough camp to show he is the boss from the get go......
