Sam Mills was a pretty good linebacker with 5 pro-bowls and he was on the Carolina team during their Innaugural Season. He later went to be an assistant coach for the Panthers until he passed away from cancer a couple of years ago.

I kinda wish we would officially retire numbers, even though we don't give them out anymore it would be nice to actually have numbers like 12, 32, 58, 56, 78, etc..retired and immortalized forever.

I would like to see 26,36, and 75 added to that list too! Although the only problem for the Steelers retiring numbers is they would run out of jersey numbers and have to break the triple digits :D
