I just found this recipe, and I will use it this season, probably in a crock pot. DON`T Cheat, use Iron City!


Pittsburgh Steelers Kielbasa

List of Ingredients



1 lb. Kielbaba, sliced into 1/4 inch coins
1 can (12 oz.) Iron City Beer

Dipping Sauce

1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
1 small can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup brown sugar



Recipe


Pour beer into large skillet. Bring to a simmer. Add kielbasa pieces.
Cook kielbasa 6-8 minutes on each side. Drain

Dipping Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a smaill saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium
heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm with
kielbasa slices.

what if I cant get IC...can I use Rolling Rock?

yeah i wish we could get yuengling around here when we go back for the training camp we will have to pick up a case or two!

Since I don't drink anymore can I substitute Iron City with O'Douls?:dunno::lol:
