Tonight on Sports Beat they had Steelers beat writer Ed Bouchette on.....He reported that Woodley had signed....He didn't say the how much he signed for but that he just signed a four year deal....Sorry no link since I saw it on tv.....

Ed also said that he expects any day now that Timmons also will be signed....Plus its almost a done deal with Troy's contract.....Should be announced some time next week that Troy has resigned....

The Steelers today have come to a contract agreement with second-round draft choice LaMarr Woodley. The length of the deal is four years. The financial terms were unavailable.

Knock on Wood! I mean it is sweet but only hard work in training camp and dedication will make this a good season for us. I think Troy deserves to be the highest paid saftey in the league and as for Woodley, I have higher hopes for him than Timmons. I think they both will be beasts!:helmet:
