Great article about Dermonnti Dawson! Hard to believe the Steelers were fortunate enough to have 2 of the best centers to ever play the game. Proof positive that the center position is vital to a successful running game. Can't be soft in the middle of the line. Mike Webster and Dermonnti Dawson were 2 of the best ever! Happy to hear that he also remains a loyal Steeler fan! That says something about the organization when the former players stay loyal to it!

That was a great article indeed, Dawson was one of the best ever and most definitely should be in the HOF. The Steelers have been fortunate to follow up Webster with Dawson and now one can only hope we find that tradition continuing.

Loved the part where he talks about putting Gilbert Brown on his ass twice in one game. We coulda used Dermonnti in that game against the Chargers and Jamal Williams last year. Hartings musta been hurt because he got manhandled! :lol:

I remember when we first brought Kimo to the Steelers, one of the big reasons was because Dawson told Cowher that Kimo was one of the toughest guys he's ever played against.
