Omar looked good tonight

Well if he was going to make his case for a roster spot he did so tonight.. 13/18 for 179 yds as of 3 minutes to go in the game. No TD's but he moved the ball well and made some good decisions.

I still kinda doubt we'll carry 3 QB's but he did a good job tonight.

Well maybe he is starting to improve. If he keeps getting better I wouldn't mind keeping him. But that also depends on who's spot he might be taking.

Being on the west coast I don't get to see any of the highlights unless ESPN shows something, but I did read something on Yahoo and they were talking like Boyd isn't going to make the team? :dunno:

I agree, I think he's secured a spot on the PS provided someone else doesnt pick him up between when we release him and when we sign him to the squad.

Too late to show off a good game, I say he gets axed or put on the practice squad. I agree wholeheartly with you, Matt.

I have a feeling Boyd gets cut, and Jacobs gets signed to the practice squad...then we have to hope somebody doesn't come swooping down and sign him.
