2 pkgs.Pillsbury cresent rolls
1/4 C. Miracle Whip
2-8oz.pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
3/4 C. each green pepper,tomatoes,cauliflower,brocolli,carrots,and green onions all chopped fine.
3/4 C.shredded Cheddar Cheese{mild}
Cover bottom of jelly roll pan with rolls.Flatten out and spread to make a crust.Bake at temperature on package for 7-8 minutes.Cool.Mix Miracle Whip with cream cheese and dry dressing mix.Spread over crust.Sprinkle with chopped vegetables and press down firmly.Place shredded cheddar cheese over vegetables.Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours,then cut into bars.
I've made these many times and they are great,enjoy!!!:bigthumb:
