By Ed Bouchette, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

The Steelers today released linebacker Richard Seigler, who spent part of the past two seasons on their practice squad and played in their final two games last season.

Seigler was a fourth-round draft choice by San Francisco in 2004 from Oregon State and played in seven games for the 49ers that season. The 49ers released him and he signed with the Steelers in November 2005 to their practice squad. They released him at the end of training camp last year, then signed him late in the season.

KDKA led off their 11pm news cast reporting Seigler got arrested tonight, hence why he was released today. He got arrested for running a prostitution ring in Las Vegas his hometown.

shaking my head, that is his business. He wants to be a pimp, more power to him. If you can run a Brothel, you can run a prostitution ring in Nevada.

What's wrong with keeping a few ho's in the coral? They're like pets except they play a different style of hide the bone.

Legal in Nevada, illegal in within the city limits of Las Vegas...

They should have backhand slapped him when they gave him his pink slip.
