This is really shocking news. Plummer still had a lot of years in him, but Cutler stole the Denver job from him. Apparently, Denver wanted to trade him to Tampa Bay, but Plummer decided to retire instead.

Heres the article:

I don't think Plummer is ready to accept a back up job...he is still looking for a team that will put him as a starter.

If he retires though I don't think he can just retire then come back again this year because wouldn't the Broncos still own the rights to him?

Tampa bay sucks. He wants to win a championship and there's no way he's doing that with the Bucs anytime soon.

i dont know what hes bitching about.....its all but a sure thing he'd end up with Calvin Johnson to throw to in TB. Quarterbacks have wet dreams about WRs like him lol, He has a good RB, and an amazing FB so his play action would work, hes got a terrible line so he could still roll out, and hes got a WR that could cover up his highly erratic passes.....seems like a good move for him....other than playing for a retard like gruden
